Senior Deskside Engineer

Our TRG Team is looking for a Senior Deskside Engineer in Madrid area
 
The standard scope of this role includes:
 
• Find faults with office environment IT related problems (connectivity, application errors, operating system issues).
• On-site support.
• Install current Microsoft operating systems for PC’s, onto a desktop and laptop

• Load an image onto a desktop and laptop.
• Load standard software applications such as Microsoft Office or other scripted installs.
• Install (unpack, connect to the network and test) standard desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Replace components in both desktops and laptops (e.g. hard drives, processors, fans etc.).
• Understand complex desktop and laptop installations and configurations.
• 2nd Line Support of PCs & Laptops.
• Customer Service.
• Performing other IT related actions as guided by CC.
• Ensuring all work is carried out to the agreed quality and service levels.
• Mobility for the Technician is needed for carrying out the service between home and offices.
 
Who? 

The TRG Team is looking for an IT professional with the following: 

 

Pre-Requisites & Experience  

• Studies: Ciclo Formativo de Grado medio en Informática.
• Experience: at least 5 years in same role. 
• Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
• Ready to work 100% on site.
• Mandatory have valid drive license. 
• Be willing to accept the vetting process.

Conditions

•    Salary: 25k +  Benefits (Ticket restaurant + Health insurance it includes dental care).
•    Shift: 8-17h or 9-18h 
•    Type of contract: permanent
•    Starting date: ASAP
