Senior Analyst - Solution Engineering

Role Purpose: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be using a more focused set of techniques or methodology. As a BA you will possess a greater level of expertise in the application of techniques and are capable of using them to resolve extremely complex business problems in their area of expertise.
 

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Get Functional requirement
• Document the requirement and discuss with Internal Stakeholders
• Identify who all would be required to deliver the item
• Drive the Solutioning of these requirement internally
• Document the solution
• Identify any Schema impacts / Changes needed 
• Take download on the Solution developed and translate it to customer as Functional Demo
• Support customer in UAT

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

• Mandatory :
  • Technical Knowledge
    • Good handle on PL SQL
    • Knowledge around XML
    • Someone from Dev / Technical background who has moved to Business Analysis would be preferable
  • BA Skills and experience
    • Good Communicator fluent in English
    • Should be able to articulate Customer Requirement into Simple Product level requirement
    • Should be able to formulate a solution - Solution Thinking. (how can we get something done) 
    • thinking around alternatives
• Airline Industry Knowledge Optional
  • NDC (Shop Price PNR issuance) booking ticketing
  • Pricing  
  • Generic Airlines (APTCO, IATA)
