About the Position:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Full-Time Retail Security Officer to provide security services at a busy retail location in Carle Place, NY. This role requires strong visibility, situational awareness, and the ability to interact professionally with customers and store staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and disruptive behavior

• Monitor store entrances, exits, and sales floor activity

• Conduct routine patrols of the premises

• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies

• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports

• Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing store policies

• Work closely with store management as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS Security Guard License preferred

• Retail or loss prevention experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Reliable transportation to Carle Place, NY
