Global Key User Finance (m/f/d)

KWS Berlin GmbH is seeking an experienced Global Key User Finance (m/f/d) for the next possible date - in Berlin. The Global Key User Finance is responsible for the project S4 Hana as well as the roll-out of software in different countries. Furthermore, the Global Key User conducts programs, testings and trainings. The position will be unlimited and in full-time.
 
Make an impact:

 

• You will anticipate future developments in relevant function-specific IT systems - in particular in SAP - and have an in-depth knowledge of their integration into the IT landscape
• You will be responsible for co-ordinating, defining, and approving change requests for function-specific applications
• Moreover, you will train the key users in all Global Finance & Procurement teams
• You will be in charge of co-ordinating tests and user training sessions with functional key users
• You will develop requirements from a functional perspective (in collaboration with the technical counterpart in the IT department - GPIT)
• Furthermore, you will also be responsible for approving change requests in order to be implemented
• Last but not least, you will also document relevant business processes from an IT perspective

 
Your profile:

 

• You have an academic degree in business informatics, IT, computer science or similiar
• You have several years of professional experience in the  field of IT – ie. user training and software implementation in particular
• In addition, you have hands-on experience in the area of finance / controlling; having worked in an international environment is an advantage
• You have user knowledge in SAP; user knowledge in SAP S4 - Hana is an asset
• You are a team player and have excellent communication skills at all levels and with different target groups
• You are super-organised, able to prioritize and enjoy working independently with a high degree of personal responsibility
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken), having a good command (both written and spoken) of German is an asset
