SALARY RANGE

$35,317.36- $36,865.00 Annually            $1,358.36 - $1,417.88 Bi-weekly

Position Summary

This is a professional position in the Provider Development Section. This position has primary responsibility in conducting reviews and entering data as it relates to incident management and other Quality Assurance and monitoring techniques. Provide technical assistance and developing operations and procedures to assist Northwest region staff, and iBudget Waiver providers.

 

The Work You Will Do 

This position has the responsibility to receive and enter data as it relates to incident reports. This position disseminates information to regional and state office APD staff as it relates to incident management. Follows-up and requests corrections from iBudget Medicaid Waiver providers as it relates to incident reports submitted to the Northwest Region. Enters and updates data in the incident management system (IMS). Pulls data for analysis and discussion with regional staff. Disseminates information to regional staff as it relates to DCF allegations under investigations. Works with appropriate staff to determine the need for wellness visits and then enters information into IMS. Works with regional staff to determine situations in which iBudget Medicaid Waiver providers must submit a reactive strategy report.
