Where the chemistry happens…

 

Lead the Quality Assurance Team activities for 20+ Third Party Toll Manufacturing sites (finished products and Active Ingredients) and Bulk Distribution Terminals for the Agricultural Products North America (APN) organization.

 

 

As a Third Party Quality Team Leader, you create chemistry by…

 

 

• Supporting new product and product transfer launches.
• Developing team members.
• Ensuring resolution for complex non-conformances related to manufacturing and quality assurance with the appropriate internal and external personnel.
• Ensuring effective implementation and high level of performance.  
• Leading the team responsibilities for Quality Assurance and Contamination Prevention audits at third party contract manufacturing sites, warehouses, and bulk distribution terminals to ensuring compliance with contamination prevention and quality assurance guidelines.

 

 

If you have the following experience...

 

 

• Bachelor degree and 8 years of Quality assurance and manufacturing related experience.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborative issues management.
• Experience with startup of new plants, equipment, and broad knowledge of relevant laboratory analytical instruments.
• Experience in driving resolution for complex issues and non-conformances related to manufacturing and quality.
