We strengthen and support Orange County’s nonprofit sector by providing comprehensive operational solutions, capacity-building services, and volunteer and corporate engagement opportunities. Through our interconnected programs, we empower nonprofits, volunteers, and companies to work together in advancing the greater good and amplifying community impact.<br><br><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW:<br></strong><br>The Marketing Manager ensures that OneOC’s brand, communications, and marketing efforts<br>consistently reflect our mission and effectively support organizational priorities. This role leads<br>brand governance, content strategy, digital communications, and campaign execution across<br>the organization. The Marketing Manager partners closely with service-line leads, business<br>development, and executives, the marketing plan to increase visibility, engagement, and revenue-generating opportunities, while also supporting volunteers who contribute to marketing initiatives.<br><br><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br></strong><br><strong>Brand & Content Management</strong><br>• Steward OneOC’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.<br>• Maintain brand assets and review public-facing communications for consistency and quality.<br>• Manage the organization-wide content calendar; write and edit content for web, email, and social.<br>• Maintain evergreen content libraries (photos, testimonials, stories).<br><br><strong>Social Media & Digital Communications</strong><br>• Develop and execute OneOC’s social media strategy; schedule posts and monitor engagement.<br>• Source stories and updates from internal teams to support ongoing content needs.<br>• Collaborate on website updates to ensure pages are accurate, compelling, and user-friendly.<br><br><strong>Integrated Marketing Campaigns</strong><br>• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, web, social, print) aligned with organizational priorities.<br>• Create branded messaging and asset toolkits to support service lines and events.<br>• Coordinate rollout with service-line leads and Business Development.<br><br><strong>Analytics & Optimization</strong><br>• Track marketing and digital performance (website, email, social).<br>• Produce monthly dashboards and recommend improvements based on data.<br>• Monitor engagement and conversions to support continuous optimization.<br><br><strong>Collaboration & Workflow</strong><br>• Oversee intake, workflow, and timelines for marketing requests.<br>• Coordinate cross-functional approvals and align key stakeholders.<br>• Lead post-campaign reviews to capture insights and improve future efforts.<br><br><strong>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br>• Support OneOC’s mission, values, and goals through effective communication and collaboration.<br>• Use assigned systems for tracking, reporting, and workflows.<br>• Perform other duties as needed.<br><br><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:<br></strong><br>• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.<br>• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably within the nonprofit or mission-driven sector.<br>• Experience supporting basic budget tracking and departmental planning.<br>• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including interpreting data and making data-informed recommendations.<br><br><strong>COMPUTER & EQUIPMENT SKILLS:</strong><br>• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet tools, and email platforms.<br>• Expe
