Accounting Manager

<p class="MsoNormal">Financial Reporting</p><ul><li><p>Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.</p></li><li><p>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.</p></li><li><p>Monitor general ledger activities and maintain the integrity of accounting data.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">Accounting Operations</p><ul><li><p>Oversee daily accounting functions including:</p></li><li><p>General Accounting</p></li><li><p>Accounts Payable</p></li><li><p>Accounts Receivable</p></li><li><p>Fixed Assets</p></li><li><p>Bank Reconciliation</p></li><li><p>Cash Management</p></li><li><p>Review accounting transactions to ensure compliance with company policies.</p></li><li><p>Pay roll Management.</p></li><li><p>Costing exposure and unit cost calculation is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Indirect and direct tax management, entries, return preparation with the help of consultants.</p></li><li><p>Treasury function – forex import, export invoice raising, collection, bills settlement etc.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal">Compliance and Taxation</p><ul><li><p>Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns and government reports with the help of consultants.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other applicable government regulations.</p></li><li><p>Assist in implementing accounting policies and internal controls.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">Budgeting and Analysis</p><ul><li><p>Active role in budget preparation and forecasting.</p></li><li><p>Analyze financial performance and identify significant variances.</p></li><li><p>Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support decision-making.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">Process Improvement</p><ul><li><p>Recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.</p></li><li><p>Participate in system implementation and process automation initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Develop and update accounting procedures and documentation.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">Other Duties</p><ul><li><p>Support special projects assigned by Management.</p></li><li><p>Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as required.</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</p><ul><li><p>Timely submission of monthly financial statements.</p></li><li><p>Accuracy of financial reports.</p></li><li><p>On-time tax filing and regulatory compliance.</p></li><li><p>Successful completion of month-end closing.</p></li><li><p>Zero significant audit findings due to accounting errors.</p></li><li><p>Budget variance analysis completed within deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Improvement in accounting processes and internal controls.</p></li><li><p>Team productivity and performance.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p>
