In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Sr. VP Quality (global executive), Sr. VP/General Manager – Generics, and the Associate VP, Quality (local executives).
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries for executives to include air, hotel, ground travel and the like, coordinating with global colleagues while adhering to all company travel policies.
- Arrange meetings either onsite, other local locations, or offsite – potentially in other states as requested that may include local, regional, and/or global executives.
- Prepares expense reports for the Sr. VP, General Manager of Generics, Sr. VP Quality, and the Associate VP, Quality.
- Manage the Sr. VP/General Manager of Generics, calendar, and schedules appointments.
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible.
- Organizes programs, events, meetings, or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
- Performs complex and confidential administrative functions including developing written correspondence and responds to routine external correspondence.
- Creates and maintains files of all kinds in typical office applications for word processing, presentations, and spreadsheet files.
- Prepares slides and charts for presentations as required.
- Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, HR and research matters.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:

- Demonstrated strong computer skills with proficiency (advanced level) in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with a strong, demonstrated working knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to travel domestically occasionally.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in difficult situations.
