Senior Expat Management Specialist (f/m/x)

We want to keep driving towards the future, so our team is currently seeking a Senior Expat Management Specialist. </p> <p>As Senior Expat Management Specialist, you will be responsible to manage all international assignments from and to Debrecen as well as supporting building up Expat Management processes and structures for our BMW Plant in Debrecen.</p> <p> </p> <p>What awaits you?</p> <ul> <li>Cooperating with the Expat Management of the Headquarter and execute the relevant Terms &amp; Conditions</li> <li>Making decisions  on the right general set-up and applicable guidelines of assignments according to the individual situation of the assignee.</li> <li>Authorizing and steering of external service providers.</li> <li>Developing sustainable cooperation structures/ approaches with local authorities regarding visa or work permits and school topics.</li> <li>Providing consultation and supervision for international assignments covering the entire transfer cycle.</li> <li>Supporting inbounds as well as outbounds on short and long term assignments and their families to realize the assignment by considering Terms &amp; Conditions as well as local law.</li> <li>Managing conflicts or critical situations of assignees at short notice and having the final word.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What should you bring along?</p> <ul> <li>Min. Bachelor degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Administration, etc.).</li> <li>At least 3 years of working experience in Expat Management.</li> <li>Knowledge in international social security and tax law as well as knowledge of core processes, aims and procedures.</li> <li>Leading experience preferably in an international company.</li> <li>Pronounced customer and service orientation.</li> <li>Willingness to learn, travel and people orientation.</li> <li>Good conflict and problem management skills.</li> <li>English and Hungarian - business fluent both written and spoken, German would be an advantage.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Employment type.</p> <p>Fixed term employment. </p> <p>Please kindly be aware that we can only consider applications in English.</p> <p>A letter of reference or LinkedIn recommendations attached to your candidate profile would be much appreciated.</p>
