Criminal Defense Attorney – Fresno-Based or Remote (CA Licensed)

We are seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney to join our premier law firm. This role offers significant growth opportunities and the chance to gain valuable experience in an established firm. While Fresno-based attorneys are preferred, we are open to Northern & Southern California attorneys (e.g., San Jose, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Orange County, Irvine) for a remote position handling Fresno cases only. Remote attorneys will oversee all aspects of Fresno cases, including discovery, motions, DA negotiations, and court appearances when possible. 

Responsibilities  

• Advise clients on their legal rights and draft legal documents.
• Attend pretrial hearings and provide strategic counsel.
• Handle court appearances, trials, motions, witness interviews, and legal research.
• Analyze case outcomes using legal precedents.
• Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with our Criminal Defense Team.
• Prepare clients for depositions and work with experts to build case strategies. 

Qualifications  

• Minimum 3 years of Criminal Defense experience.
• Experience handling complex cases at the federal, state, and local levels.
• A team player who enjoys strategizing and collaborating.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills. 

Pay Range: $95,000.00-$130,000.00
