 Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to help lead and run our Reconstruction Department alongside ownership.

This is not just a “run your own jobs” role. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has led projects at a high level
• Has possibly run their own construction business (and is tired of chasing leads, AR, payroll, and admin)
• Knows how to hold crews and subcontractors accountable
• Can make smart decisions in gray-area situations
• Wants to focus on operations and execution — not marketing and bookkeeping
  
  

If you’ve owned a construction company and are ready to step out of the constant hustle — but still want leadership, autonomy, and strong income — this may be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Run your own reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Help oversee and guide other PMs and field staff
• Create structure, accountability, and clarity in the field
• Step into complex or unusual job situations and provide direction
• Review budgets, job costing, and gross profit performance
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Work directly with ownership on departmental strategy and performance
  
  

This role blends production leadership + hands-on project management.

The Right Person Likely Has:

• 7+ years in residential reconstruction or restoration
• Experience running $1M–$2M+ in annual project volume
• Strong knowledge of scopes, supplements, budgets, and job costing
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors
• Confidence making decisions without constant direction
• High standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and communication
• Experience as a business owner or independent contractor (strongly preferred)
