Schedule: 40 hours per week; Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm Texas time

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This full-time role is for an expert in managing and growing a diverse portfolio of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X . The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic professional with a proven track record of using innovative, culturally relevant campaigns to drive growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Oversee and grow all social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across each platform.
• Content Strategy: Design and execute a content calendar that includes creative, culturally relevant, and engaging content that resonates with diverse communities.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools for content creation, data analysis, ad optimization, and enhancing client engagement to maximize efficiency and results.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness, inform future strategies, and deliver measurable results.
• Advertising & Optimization: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and strategic insights to ensure alignment with their goals.

Requirements

• Social Media Expertise:

At least 3-5 years of extensive, hands-on experience in managing and growing multiple social media platforms.

Bilingual Fluency: Complete fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

AI Proficiency: Proven experience using AI tools for social media content creation, analytics, and advertising.

Strategic & Creative Mindset: The ability to develop and execute innovative campaigns that capture attention and drive results.

Strong Communication & Organization: Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with high efficiency and attention to detail.

Results-Oriented: A strong drive to deliver and exceed performance expectations, upholding our firm’s standard of excellence.
