Role:
Recruiting & Training Intelligence Cell Data Warrant Officer - The Recruiting and Training Intelligence Cell (RTIC) is a shared service within Directorate Army Inflow (DAI), Army Individual Training Command (AITC) and LWC that is responsible for the collection, collation, analysis and exploitation of Management Information (MI) (Data) on the performance of the recruiting and training pipeline.  The RTIC Data WO ensures the smooth operational running of the team.  Managing, prioritising, and accounting for all routine battle rhythm and ad hoc information requests to ensure all deadlines are met. 
Responsibilities:
Assist the Training Pipeline Data Assurance process in providing and promote assurance of TAFMIS data accuracy at Op Gps and Trg Establishments on behalf of TLB Comds using agreed metrics. Manage the data assurance inspection regime of the respective TLB Comds.
2. Manage the Data Champions network on behalf of RTIC to deliver key TAFMIS messages, changes in policy, data accuracy, TAFMIS request for changes etc.
3. Establish close liaison with the Op Gps, Trg Establishments and Management of Change (MOC) Team. Provide advice and guidance on data assurance matters, correct use of MIS, changes in policy, interface issues and signpost to process changes.
4. Administer the RTIC R2 cycle to ensure timely completion of all products in accordance with the respective TLB Comd’s monthly mtg battle rhythm.
5. Administer the RTIC RFI Process to ensure completion of all data requests within the prescribed timelines.
6. Act as the co-ordinating function for routine administration tasks within the RTIC, LOCSTAT, Leave, R2 in, Annual mandatory briefs, Ad hoc and extraordinary mtgs. Essential competencies   Experience working with with data is essential. Specific experience with MS Excel or Power Query is highly desirable.  Desirable competencies   Previous Staff Experience in a mixed Mil/CS HQ Preferred Selection Process   Application filtered to Boarding Additional information   For further information contact the current incumbent WO2 Matthew Chapman.
