General Job Description
Our Partner Account Representative is an individual with the vision and dedication needed to assist our business partners grow sales by developing and strengthening relationships.
Our Partner Account Representative role is a challenging and dynamic position with opportunity for advancement. As a Partner Account Representative with Westlake Direct, LLC dba LoanCenter, you will be prospecting, educating, and onboarding business partners. The successful Partner Account Representative will oversee and consult daily activities to develop mutually beneficial proposals geared toward increasing Sales.
Duties, Tasks, Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to)
- Identify and research potential business partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships.
- Monitor daily activities to ensure a cohesive process flow.
- Answer emails and phone calls relating to applications or general inquiries.
- Track and report sales progress to ensure corporate goals are being met.
- Develop, maintain, and grow current business partner relationships.
- Constant communication with Internal and External stakeholders to communicate changes in Policies & Procedures and Updates.
- Promote the company’s products and services.
Knowledge, Skills, Licenses
- Ability to “read the room” both internally and externally, awareness to respond dynamically.
- Presentation skills (from initial creation to delivery).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and the ability to work independently, set priorities, manage time effectively.
- Working knowledge of online meeting tools (Teams, Zoom).
- Comfort and skill with working with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent ability to multitask is a must.
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferred
EXPERIENCE
- Automotive, Finance and Sales Experience; required
- Previous Business Development or Project Management Experience; preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint); required
- Knowledge of Web Applications; required
- Knowledge/Experience with the use of DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL; beneficial
Pay rate
What’s our pay plan?
- Self-determined, performance-based compensation package
- Base pay of $2,995.20 per month. $17.28 per hour base with monthly bonus opportunity
- The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable
