Job Overview:

The VP of Product Management for Business Management Reporting (BMR) owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise reporting capabilities that provide institutions, advisors, and internal teams with actionable insights. This role is accountable for evolving BMR from fragmented reporting solutions into a unified, AI‑enabled reporting experience that supports firm growth, operational efficiency, and risk management. The VP leads a product team and partners closely with Data, Technology, UX, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, governed, and insight‑driven reporting platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the long‑term product vision for Business Management Reporting, focusing on scalable data visualization, personalization, and AI‑enabled insights

  • Own and manage the multi‑year BMR product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve data availability, accelerate ingestion, and support advisor, institutional, and program‑management workflows

  • Lead cross‑functional delivery across Product, Data Engineering, Data Governance and AI, Technology, UX, and Business teams to deliver production‑ready reporting capabilities

  • Partner with data platform and engineering teams to ensure BMR is built on reliable data pipelines, governed data assets, and a reusable semantic layer aligned to enterprise data strategy

  • Embed AI capabilities into the product lifecycle, including intelligent automation, copilots, and generative tools, to enhance insights and delivery efficiency

  • Serve as the primary product voice for BMR across executive, institutional, advisor, and internal audiences

  • Establish governance and operating mechanisms that promote transparency, prioritization clarity, and cross‑functional accountability

  • Build, lead, and develop a product management team, reinforcing consistent product practices, execution discipline, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management roles within data, analytics, reporting, or enterprise platform environments

  • 7+ years of experience working with enterprise reporting or analytics platforms, including responsibility for dashboarding and data visualization solutions

  • 7+ years of experience partnering with data engineering or data platform teams on data pipelines, ingestion, transformation, and semantic modeling

  • 5+ years of experience leading cross‑functional product initiatives involving technology, data, UX, and business stakeholders

  • Experience operating within agile delivery frameworks, owning the full product lifecycle from roadmap definition through delivery and adoption

  • Experience modernizing enterprise reporting ecosystems

  • Experience leveraging AI or automation to enhance reporting insights or delivery efficiency

  • Background in financial services, wealth management, or data‑intensive business environments

Pay Range:

$135,960.00 - $226,600.00


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
