Footwear Supply Planning Intern

PURPOSE:

• Support development of the divisional sourcing and allocation strategy for the Footwear division
• Ensure the PO creation of bulk production orders for Global Operating Partners in accordance with monthly calendar deadlines
• Ensure balanced allocation to maintain healthy supplier fill rates
• Create transparency about historic and projected source volumes

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support all activities relating to allocation of seasonal demand - Model Lifecycle, Buy Ready, Drop Analysis, Level Loading
• Support Operational Planning activities – PO creation in SAP
• Track critical project status both before and after production start dates.  Provide immediate updates on delivery performance when required.
• Maintain the highest level of communication with suppliers and Operating Partners. Monitor On-time performance to ensure Reebok’s KPI standards are met.
• Provide business analysis/reports as needed by Director of Supply Planning

• Development, Product Marketing, Costing, Suppliers, Sourcing, Marketing Operations, Operating Partners

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent computer skills (Proficiency in use of MS-Office required)
• Must be analytical with strong attention to details
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
• Must be comfortable working in a team environment as well as with global contacts
• Knowledge of Apparel or Footwear manufacturing or development desirable

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate College or University pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Anticipated undergraduate graduation date is Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
• Eligible to work in the US without restrictions
• Able to work out of our Boston HQ three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday)
• Available to participate in our full-time on-site internship program from June 9th to Aug 15th
