Position Summary...

What you'll do...

• Monitors weight, price, label, equipment to ensure the proper placement of labels to packages
• Identifies and selects the appropriate HMI computer screen settings for production runs
• Troubleshoots and makes real time adjustments to label applicators to ensure the proper placement of product labels
• Troubleshoots weight issues and reworks rejected products
• Visually monitors the label supply and replenishes when necessary to prevent downtime
• Adheres to all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Uses personal protective equipment
• Operates machinery and equipment safely
• Reports any hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately
• Actively participates in safety trainings and drills
• Maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of all safety protocols
• Demonstrates awareness of surroundings to ensure own safety and the safety of others
• Successfully accomplishes work assignments and prioritizes tasks by utilizing policies and available resources
• Collaborates effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations
• Carries out assigned tasks, communicating progress and relevant information
• Actively identifies and suggests ways to address improvement opportunities
• Demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to learn from change difficulties and feedback
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices
