FT Night Shift - (Hours: 7p -7:30a with 20% Night Shift Differential Pay!)

Weekend & Holidays per department guidelines.

Christiana Care - Wilmington Hospital in DE is looking to hire an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4W Medical Surgical Unit.

The Unit

4West Surgical is a 50-bed medical-surgical inpatient unit located on the fourth floor of the Wilmington Hospital campus, which provides scheduled and emergent care/procedures on a 24-hour basis. The area is designed to accommodate up to 50 patients who need medical and post-operative surgical care. The Registered Nurses in this 4W Surgical Unit care for various surgical patients, including orthopedic, plastics, and more.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License is required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required. Applicants must commit to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire date.  
• All candidates must have a minimum of one year of RN experience in an inpatient hospital acute care unit.  
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
