The Job:
As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you’ll be part of our Operations Finance team working as an onsite employee. This role is responsible for all accounting and finance functions for the DC. You’ll get to:
- Complete month-end close and reporting for DC in accordance with Corporate established deadlines
- Provide support and analysis for inventory processes including cycle counting and related reporting, physical inventory and excess and obsolescence analysis and processes
- Partnering with Controllership, Finance and Business team members to complete reporting requirements (including but not limited to variance analysis, KPI reporting, operational planning & forecasting and costing)
- Fostering a strong control environment by ensuring compliance with GAAP, SOX, Company policies
- Assist with accounting tasks related to our offsite facility including inventory and reporting
- Leading requirements for fixed asset management
- Partnering with Global Shared Services to resolve issues as needed
- Support standardization, continuous improvement and other site projects as needed
The Person:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; relevant certifications or MBA a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing Inventory related experience a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability and structure to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and deliver results
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manipulate, aggregate, filter and summarize large data sets into actionable insights
