Position Overview

Building on the product foundations that have already delivered world-class edge-to-cloud video capture and media management services for surgery across health systems throughout the US, Proximie’s customer success and sales teams are tasked with furthering the adoption of real-time data insights solutions enabling operating room intelligence for customers that drive productivity and innovation.

As Proximie’s footprint continues to expand across America, the Senior Account Executive is a key newly created position reporting to the Director of Customer Success focused on leading and growing enterprise relationships across high-impact, strategic accounts (typically health systems, IDN’s / hospitals) maximizing the value of their structured data and enabling them to achieve their revenue, cost and patient throughput goals.

We are seeking someone with a proven ability to operate independently across multiple complex stakeholder groups including clinical, technical and executive teams using their deep understanding of hospital workflows, clinical operations, analytics and technology to drive growth. The Senior Account

Executive always leads with trust, curiosity and urgency continuously moving relationships forward.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the full account wide relationships across health systems or IDN’s / hospitals increasingly Proximie’s value add and driving growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the single-threaded owner and point of escalation across strategic accounts. You’ll need to be both strategic and hands on simultaneously from solving day to day implementation issues to leading C-suite reviews.
  • Leading discovery processes aligned to clinical workflows, building and executing enterprise success plans and account strategies to drive growth and long-term customer success.
  • Serve as the hands-on solution architect guiding implementation & integration planning, post go live optimization, defining success and tracking performance throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Act as a champion for the customer, driving their voice and needs in collaborations with product, engineering and operations in ensuring Proximie’s customer first approach to the product roadmap.
  • Lead and collaborate with customer success managers, sales and operations teams to build scalable best practice and playbooks for replicable system wide success for the future.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in clinical informatics, business, healthcare administration, engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 8+ years related work experience in customer success, professional services, solution architecture, or implementation supporting health systems, IDN’s / hospitals, healthcare providers.
  • Demonstratable success managing enterprise level accounts especially across multisite deployments.
  • Experience in presenting to and influencing a variety of different stakeholder groups (clinical, operational and technical) including executive leadership teams.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and technical integrations (e.g. EHR, networking etc.)
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple account
