Business Change Manager, Quality Improvement and Population Health Ohio

Preferred Location: Columbus, OH. This position is hybrid and will require the associate to report to the Columbus, Ohio office location at least 1-2 times per week. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations within the state of Ohio.

The Business Change Manager will be responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.

How you will make an impact:

• Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope.
• Leads efforts to identify best practices. Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
• Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
• Designs methods for integrating function and process.
• Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
• Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years process or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Experience and skills in: Planning, Organizing, Execution, Monitoring for success, managing risks, Improving efficiencies, Enhancing Communication, Business Acumen, and seeing project through agreed activities that will produce the expected outcomes are strongly preferred.
• Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign is strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in Quality Improvement Strategy and Population Health are strongly preferred.
• Experience interfacing and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. 
• PMP certification is preferred.
