Apply now!  </p> <p><strong>Learn more: <a href="https://www.jti.com/" rel="noopener" target="_blank">jti.com</a></strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><em>Please, apply till<strong> 28.11. 2025.<br/></strong>Local applicants welcome.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><span>VAT Senior Specialist</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The purpose of the role:</strong></p> <p><span>The role will be responsible for managing VAT compliance for multiple JTI units accross the world, supporting process improvements, and liaising with markets or fiscal representatives to confirm VAT postings are correct.</span> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What will you do?</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Preparation of multiple European VAT returns, Intrastats and EC Sales Lists</li> <li>Reviewing Intrastats and ESL prepared by other team members</li> <li>Reviewing invoices for compliance</li> <li>Using SAP and excel to analyze data</li> <li>Reconciling VAT returns to SAP Accounts</li> <li>Liaising with markets or fiscal representatives to confirm VAT postings are correct</li> <li>Analyze transactional postings for legislative compliance/errors</li> <li>Support process improvements</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have an University degree or equivalent</li> <li>At least 5 years of experience in a VAT reporting area (preferably in a Shared Service Centre)</li> <li>Proficient Microsoft Excel skills is a must</li> <li>SAP knowledge is a must</li> <li>Strong command of English Language (oral and written), Polish is a plus</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions</li> <li>Proactive mindset and strong team orientation, demonstrating initiative, collaboration, and effective communication in a cross-functional environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Are you ready to join us?
