Your Role:

• Become the go-to expert for troubleshooting, leading your team through technical challenges with innovative solutions.
• Spearhead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of Area Operations Turnaround, ensuring seamless operations.
• Play a key role in Incident Command, offering essential support and leadership when it's needed most.
• Act as the central technical resource, enhancing operational continuity, safety, reliability, and environmental compliance.
• Provide invaluable technical advice to a diverse team, including Shift Supervisors, Maintenance Supervisors, Engineers, and Operators.
• Foster knowledge sharing across the company, collaborating with subject matter experts to elevate plant performance.
• Design and manage targeted training programs, aligning with plant and corporate goals to ensure top-tier competency and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering paired with 10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, specifically in a PSM regulated environment.
