We are currently seeking a Project Engineer, who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it! This role is responsible for planning, executing and delivering engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the specifications of the customer. This role provides project leadership through the life cycle of engineering projects through overseeing research, development, design and implementation.

- Manages multiple projects, depending on size
- Mentors and supports Lead and Senior Engineers
- Defines project requirements and scope
- Works with engineering managers and the finance department to create and manage project schedules and bid proposals
- Acquires project resources and oversees the efforts of project team members
- Ensures professional quality service and manages project scope through analyzing customer requirements and specifications
- Assists with the coordination and support of machine assembly/ installation
- Interfaces with mechanical engineers, electrical/controls engineers, purchasing agents and assembly technicians to implement and improve system design and performance
- Regularly monitors and reports budget, schedule and cost performance and milestones throughout the project life cycle
- Maintains strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders
- Provides direction and mentoring to engineers as needed
- Utilizes engineering and physics principals to generate industrial machine designs
- Works with a team of engineers to ensure proper hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical techniques/methods
- Uses 3D CAD systems to generate designs, create assemblies and produce drawings
- Uses PLM and PDM and ERP systems to manage data and configuration
- Provides and interprets pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
- Works with engineering managers and the finance department to create and manage project schedules and bid proposals
- Troubleshoots and debugs industrial systems
- Assists with the development and monitoring of internal processes
