Interested in playing a critical role in aligning the HR strategy with the overall business objectives of the organization? We need an HRBP Business Partner Functions on our team. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and provide HR guidance to the Business Partner functions (Finance, Digital & Tech, Legal, Regulatory, Risk & Compliance, and Global Logistics & Operations) as well as ensure the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives in the North America region. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership and business stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies
- Manage HR related projects
- Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Identify key talent and high-potential employees, working closely with managers to develop and implement robust development plans
- Partner with the compensation and benefits team to design and implement competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
- Interpret and communicate corporate HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
This position is eligible for the dsm-firmenich Hybrid Working model, spending 2 days per week in the Plainsboro, NJ office and the balance of the week in a home office. You must reside in a geography that is commutable via car to Plainsboro for weekly in-office collaboration days.

You bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role supporting client groups
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices
