HR/People Specialist (Temp/Temp-to-Hire)

As a HR/People Specialist at MPS, your primary responsibility will be to support the people team, and will have an opportunity to engage in a variety of HR activities. The ideal candidate will have different experiences in the world of general HR processes, Comp&Ben, project management. 

This position will be a 9-12 month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time and is a fully on-site position. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in compensation analysis to support organizational goals and employee engagement;
• Perform data insights and analysis as assigned to support ongoing HR rhythm;
• Perform other HR projects such as HRIS data entry, benefits analysis, or sourcing candidates as needed;
• Provide the highest quality of customer service and effective communication to managers, employees, and partners

Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years’ experience as a HR Generalist, People Operations, Compensations Analyst, Recruiting or related field;
• Proven track record within the Semiconductor or tech Industry is a plus;
• General knowledge of HR functions including comp&benefits, HR operations, recruiting etc

Required Skills:

• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook 
• Advanced level proficiency in Excel preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality  
• Ability to effectively multi-task with strong attention to detail 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The hourly pay range for this position in Washington is $30.00 - $70.00.
