Position Summary

Position Title – Intern – Shopper Insights

We are looking for a passionate intern to join us at Samsung's E-commerce division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and the ability to think creatively to inform the team on new strategies. This intern will be requested to work independently, and have a strong knowledge of consumer research, and techniques to conduct user experience studies. We are looking for a person interested in studying samsung.com and discover shopper behavior when shopping multiple channels, why shoppers shop online and pick up in-store (BOPIS), and how multi-channel fulfillment can be improved. This individual will lead the research, gather results, and present back actionable insights to E-commerce leadership.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Market research
• Shopper experience design
• UX
• Excellent analytical skills as well as strong knowledge of market research techniques
• Able to work with internal consumer insights team as well as external 3rd party research groups

Skills and Qualifications

Background & Competencies Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics. Research or related fields
