In this role, you will work closely with the Market Strategy Director, Global IT &amp; Salesforce teams, Product Managers, Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Professionals and other cross-functional teams, using CRM data to drive insights that support strategic decisions in product communication, customer insights, and market intelligence.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform for EMEA, ensuring effective usage and performance</li> <li>Serve as the primary resource for user support, dashboard creation, system enhancements, and troubleshooting</li> <li>Evaluate &amp; Propose changes to the Salesforce database, including user setup, role assignments, and workflows</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to assess CRM requirements and propose solutions aligned with business needs</li> <li>Develop and maintain project deliverables that support the business processes, including functional specifications</li> <li>Lead training initiatives to expand CRM proficiency and support business productivity</li> <li>Play a critical role during upgrades, new releases, testing, and participate in change management processes</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>YOUR PROFILE</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, IT, Business Management, Data Management, or a related field</li> <li>At least 3 years of experience with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project management tools like MS Project</li> <li>Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment is a plus</li> <li>Familiarity with business processes such as account management, opportunity analysis, and forecasting</li> <li>Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and fluency in English</li> </ul> <p><b>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION</b></p> <p> </p> <p>If you have any questions regarding the role or the recruiting process, please do not hesitate to contact our Talent Acquisition Team: sun-careers@sunchemical.com</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY</b></span></span><br/>  </p> <p><span><span>It is Sun’s policy that applicants for employment are recruited, selected, and hired on the basis of individual merit and ability with respect to the positi
