Our Risk Management teams work to protect the safety and soundness of our systems and are responsible for identifying, managing, measuring and mitigating a spectrum of key risk types including credit, market, liquidity, systemic, operational and technology in all existing and new products, activities, processes and systems.

The Impact you will have in this role:

 

FRG Business Analysis is responsible for partnering with financial risk management users, subject matter experts, technology and specific business and product areas to support financial risk management related projects. Business Analysis liaised with customers to assess, analyze, capture, document, communicate, coordinate, validate and deliver business, regulatory, audit and system requirement for financial risk management application. Business analysis role specializes in acting as the primary interface between technology and business areas enabling change in an organization context, by defining needs and recommending solution that can deliver value and help improve decision making process to customers. 

 

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consult with business users and collaborate with them for eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and workflow analysis.
  • Draft business requirements and user stories with applicable acceptance criteria in collaboration with business subject matter experts and information technology.
  • Specializes in acting as the primary interface between information technology and business areas for requirement discussion.
  • Evaluate test scenarios and test cases based on established system specifications and user requirements.
  • Identify and understand problems, analyze data, recommend solutions and provide guidance during technology implementation.
  • Plan, implement, monitor and control projects of various sizes and complexities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and team members.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Technical IT product management experience preferred with background program delivery along with large scale program management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT or related IT product management experience including technical experience working in an agile environment with a solid grasp of IT infrastructure, and product management concepts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading directly aligned, multi-disciplined squads, matrixed groups, or other large customer groups needed for success.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry (technology, financial instruments, regulations, etc.) preferred.
  • Highly motivated, with the ability to take initiative, set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop and manage multi-functional processes and ability to meet priorities and timelines through product manager - product owner relationships.
  • Ability to bring together various teams and customers together for clarity on objectives, achievements and deliveries is critical for success in this role.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests in parallel and bring order to it will be crucial to be successful.
