About the role

FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing in-depth technical analyses while performing submarine certification operations work, covering all aspects of Level I material installation and Subsafe system controls. Experience working with production management, inspection, and quality control processes. Experience interpreting quality assurance directives, instructions, plans, standards, and procedures. Experience verifying, certifying and maintaining documentation used to assure the safety, operational capabilities, and material condition of submarines. FOR GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying working knowledge of submarine piping systems, installation procedures, and test criteria. Experience interpreting applicable documentation that governs technical repair processes, test methods, and certification requirements. Experience preparing correspondence and providing guidance pertaining to quality assurance practices. Experience assisting with Level I certification control and Subsafe requirements.
