Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst - Billing

The Role
The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst - Billing will be responsible for the oversight of the end-to-end billing process across all brands and customers. This includes ensuring timely billing, reviewing the accuracy of pricing and quantities, ensuring completeness of orders to invoice process, and resolving questions or issues with customers across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure that all orders are accurately invoiced in a timely fashion
• Review invoices and identify discrepancies prior to being sent to customers
• Coordinate with Order Fulfilment and Logistics team to work through and resolve customer billing and payment issues
• Coordinate with Order Fulfilment and Logistics team to improve and streamline the orders to invoice process
• Produce sales and accounts receivable reports and assist with analysis and review
• Assist in cash collection and application process as needed
• Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures
• Assist in the conversion from QuickBooks to Oracle NetSuite

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in accounts receivable/billing
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple responsibilities
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• Ability to think cross-functionality, join data from various sources, and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience at a CPG or Food/Beverage Company a plus
• Experience in Netsuite and Quickbooks a plus
