Starting range:  $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Summary

This position manages the Line of Business (LOB) setup that updates the Canteen Line of Business (LOB) proprietary systems and JDE/Business Objects.  The LOB Supervisor is responsible for the many layers of detail pertaining to on-going systems setup and maintenance. The position also supervises the Canteen One (C1) LOB department, including setting priorities, defining processes, and creating and maintaining programs. The LOB Supervisor is the liaison and escalation point between the LOB team and management, as well as between C1 and Canteen Branches. Additionally, the LOB Supervisor supports customer system setup and validations. 

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing support for setup.
• Create system SOPs and identify potential system improvements.
• Manage reports and data integrity issues.
• Manage communication with internal and external clients across various systems.
• Ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of Client team catalogs.
• Lead and support on-going programs within multiple systems for other departments.
• Accurate and timely management of LOB team reporting and tracking. 

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Without a Bachelor’s degree, two years of business experience in data administration/setup, or equivalent time spent in a business setting requiring data administration and processes is required.  With a Bachelor’s degree, one year of data administration/setup experience is required.
• On-the-job experience maintaining positive client relationships / relationship-building experience.
• On-the-job supervisor experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in JDE, Ivend, OneCup, One Market and Business Objects preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of business or customer service experience in data entry.
• Demonstrated high level of proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Demonstrated ability to use a report writing program (i.e., Business Objects).
