Primary Function

As our Marketing and Fuel Sales Intern, you'll play a crucial role in providing support across various projects and initiatives. Whether it's tracking programs, managing inventory, or collaborating with different divisions, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Reid Companies professionally in all interactions.
• Track and summarize programs and projects, including fleet customer tracking and monthly district leader meetings.
• Assist in managing inventory of sales and marketing supplies.
• Collaborate with different divisions to manage calendars of events affecting fuel and store sales.
• Support sales and marketing teams with analytical reports and data entry.
• Attend weekly marketing meetings and distribute relevant information.
• Manage vendors and ensure quality control of online platforms.
• Conduct competitor research to evaluate marketing materials and campaigns.
• Handle digital inventory management and other assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a business, marketing, or communications degree program.
• General knowledge of selling concepts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
