Job Description
The Associate Director, Marketing will play a critical role in supporting the migraine portfolio, reporting to the Director, Strategic Marketing. The Associate Director will lead the development and execution of key marketing strategies related to market access and key HCP portfolio marketing efforts.
The Associate Director will work closely with multiple commercial teams to ensure alignment in the development of strategy and execution for short- and long-term marketing plans. The Associate Director will have a critical role guiding a cross-functional group and foster positive working relationships with patient services, market access, public affairs, sales force, health economics and outcomes research, medical/regulatory/legal review team and market research to name a few. This individual will be a strategic partner to the HCP and Consumer brand teams as well as the sales force working closely with sales leaders and sales training partners to establish highly effective materials and communications. As a prominent member of the marketing team, this position must demonstrate a strong competency in critical thinking, analysis, strategic planning, collaboration, and communication skills. This individual will interact with members of the Integrated Brand teams and with key functional leadership forums.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead brand(s) positioning and message development for patient support/market access initiatives, working across key groups of functional stakeholders to execute and enhance the patient support services experience (ex. Prior authorization support, patient savings, etc.)
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of HCP pull through initiatives for market access
