Senior Director TechOps Transformation & PMO (m/f/d)

<p>The Senior Director TechOps Transformation &amp; PMO leads the global program management function for Technical Operations. The role coordinates strategic initiatives across Network Strategy, TechOps Transformation and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, governance and disciplined execution. It supports the SVP Technical Operations by providing visibility, structure and delivery support across all major operational programs.</p><p></p><p>This position can be based in various countries across Europe.</p><p></p><h2><b>Your Assignments: </b></h2><ul><li><p>Lead the global TechOps PMO with clear governance, transparent reporting, and consistent program standards</p></li><li><p>Maintain oversight of all strategic TechOps initiatives and ensure cohesive, cross‑functional execution</p></li><li><p>Manage the global Network Strategy program (site ramp‑ups/ramp‑downs, transitions, consolidations) and coordinate Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality</p></li><li><p>Drive the TechOps transformation roadmap - capability building, process optimization, organizational development - with structured alignment across global and regional teams</p></li><li><p>Oversee strategic cross‑site projects (e.g., Automation, Material Transformation) from a program perspective, managing risks, dependencies, and resources</p></li><li><p>Align with PMO leads in R&amp;D and Quality on timelines, risks, and decision requirements for cross‑functional programs</p></li><li><p>Prepare program insights, risk assessments, and decision proposals for the SVP Technical Operations; ensure consistent executive communication and governance</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2><b>Your Profile: </b></h2><ul><li><p>Master’s Degree in Engineering or Life Sciences or a related field</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 8 years experience in global program management, transformation, or PMO leadership</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering operations</p></li><li><p>Proven track record managing large, cross‑functional programs and interfacing with senior leadership</p></li><li><p>Expertise with program/portfolio tools (e.g., advanced dashboards, PM standards) and <span>continuous‑improvement</span> methods (Lean/Six Sigma) is a plus</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority in a global matrix</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English (written and spoken)</p></li></ul>
