Architectural Drafter (Revit)

We are seeking an experienced Revit Drafter with 5+ years of professional experience in commercial industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating detailed BIM models and construction documents while collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers.
This role is fully onsite in Longwood FL Salary: $30-37/hour

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain accurate Revit models for architectural, structural, and/or MEP systems
• Produce high-quality construction documents, shop drawings, and permit sets
• Coordinate models with internal teams and external consultants to resolve clashes and design conflicts
• Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and code compliance
• Support BIM execution plans and project workflows
• Assist with model setup, worksharing, and cloud collaboration platforms
• Maintain organized project files and documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years revit experience
• Architectural drafting experience in a commercial environment
