Our proposal writing team is an integral part of the Sales/Marketing GTM organization. This key position helps to grow our business and makes an impact in an exciting, growing market. Proposal Writers are responsible for drafting clear, concise, accurate, and compliant responses to RFx requests, partner, and prospective customer inquiries.
The RFP Consultant role requires a collaborative team member who can effectively work across all levels of WorkForce,(WFS) gathering information and producing critical content under tight deadlines.
The candidate must be able to proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure that all written content is appropriate and up to the highest quality standards,

What you’ll do:
- Develop win themes and functional differentiators, working with stakeholders, specific to RFx opportunities.
- Effectively utilize pre-approved documentation to address recurring content inquiries and develop tailored RFx responses
- Engage with Account Executives, Partner Sales Managers, Solution Consultants, Product Managers and other technical resources to draft content for RFx responses and other required documentation for partners and prospective customers
- Organize materials and complete all writing assignments in a timely manner with quality and adherence to both RFx and internal WorkForce standards
- Contribute to a library of approved proposal content for quick-turnaround opportunities
- Organize proposal content in our content management system to maximize reuse effectiveness and utility
- Manage project timelines to gather input from subject matter experts, coordinate review cycles, and finalize documents for on-time submission
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Experience with proposal content management systems
- Excellent technical writing skills and ability to create new content in response to emerging requirements while leveraging approved content and approaches
- Strong organization skills for content management and collaboration
- Ability to review and correct material for content, style, and compliance with internal and external standards
- Ability to work with company stakeholders across functional competencies and management levels
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office products.
- Ability to document complex technical, legal, and compliance concepts and processes in a clear and concise manner in both written and graphic formats
- Strong eye for grammatical, spelling, and other editing errors
- Proven ability to meet fixed deadlines
- Associates that live near an ADP or WorkForce office, will be expected to work a hybrid model.
THINGS THAT SET YOU APART:
- Experience of workforce management solutions and services
- Experience in joint go-to-market with ERP or System Integrator channels
- Experience in the Enterprise SaaS software and/or HCM market
- Experience using the Responsive.io and Seismic software solutions
- Experience with Adobe XP.
