The Challenge

OneTrust is looking for Tax Manager who will manage the global transfer pricing compliance and documentation, including coordinating with outside providers. You will prepare analyses and financial modeling to evaluate and support intercompany transactions, as well as prepare and review technical memoranda in support of transfer pricing planning initiatives. As the Tax Manager, you will also assist with international tax compliance, including Forms 5471, planning and other projects as needed. 

Your Mission

  • Manage global transfer pricing compliance to ensure compliance with local laws and transfer pricing policies ensuring timely submission of all global reports. 
  • Prepare analyses and financial modeling to evaluate and support intercompany transactions. 
  • Monitor and analyze existing and proposed regulatory changes and developments related to US and global transfer pricing and advise on potential business impact. 
  • Coordinate with key finance and business stakeholders to ensure smooth management & communication of transfer pricing policies and issues.  
  • Support development and delivery of strategy to streamline compliance process through use of tools, automation, scalable standard methodologies, etc. 
  • Prepare/review technical memoranda in support of transfer pricing planning initiatives. 
  • Assist with international tax compliance, including Form 5471s, planning and other projects as needed. 

You Are

  • Knowledge of U.S. and international transfer pricing laws and regulations 
  • Strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills as well as decision-making skills 
  • Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders 
  • Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential

Your Experience

  • Six (6) or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry tax/accounting or consulting experience, and at least three years of transfer pricing experience, required 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics; JD or Master’s in Taxation/Economics (or similar), preferred 
  • Knowledge of the Global transfer pricing regulations, including U.S.  
  • Strong Excel and Word skills 
  • Excellent written & oral communication 

Extra Awesome

  • CPA, JD or MST 
  • Experience with transfer pricing issues faced by multinational technology companies such as acquisitions, IP integration, and cost sharing.  
  • Previous experience in a public accounting

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$109,500—$164,250 USD
