The Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) collaborates with Gravity Haus Team leaders to develop and implement strategies that support organizational goals through effective employee relations practices. The ERBP serves as an advisor and partner to management on employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the effective utilization of talent. The ERBP is the ultimate ambassador of the Gravity Haus mission, vision, and values.
This ERBP will work on-site, rotating Gravity Haus locations on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate excels at relationship building and is eager to learn the unique aspects of each town and the individuals who make up the core community. This role requires a versatile team oriented individual who can adjust to the dynamic needs of a fast-growing organization.

What You’ll Do:
Employee Relations:
- Address team member complaints, conduct internal investigations, and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance and mediation for conflict resolution between team members.
- Offer regular feedback to teammates on their performance and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all team members are informed about and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Manager Coaching:
- Provide coaching and development programs for managers to enhance their leadership skills.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with managers to address specific challenges.
- Develop and deliver workshops focused on management and leadership best practices.
- Establish and maintain mentorship programs for emerging leaders.
Leader Onboarding:
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new leaders.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new leaders with company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Assign mentors to new leaders to support their integration into the organization.
