Description
Golden Touch ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)
- Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
- Design behavior intervention plans
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
- Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
- Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
- Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised

Requirements
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Related Field
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Must be licensed with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA
- Minimum of two years work experience providing ABA therapy preferred
- Ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes
- Have Basic Life Support certification, or willing to complete training within 30 days of hire
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients homes or other clinic locations, based on client caseload
