We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Program/ Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale ERP projects, particularly Oracle implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with over 10 years of relevant experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale ERP projects, specifically Oracle implementation projects, with a focus on at least two Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Work closely with architects, technical teams, and functional analysts to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of project scope.
- For agile projects, ensure that project team members are well-trained in Agile processes. Conduct daily stand-up meetings, assist the product owner or functional architects in refining and maintaining the product backlog, and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
- Mentor new employees and team members to help them understand the product’s scope, vision, and Agile practices.
- Maintain effective communication with clients regarding the project’s progress, technology, and functionality.
- Introduce and implement project management best practices and Agile engineering practices.
- Identify and remove any distractions or roadblocks that could hinder the team's progress.
- Maintain metrics that measure the work done by Scrum teams and the value delivered to customers.
- Ensure client satisfaction targets are met by exercising required controls and proposing improvements as necessary.
Basic Project Management Competencies:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity.
- Possess strong influencing and negotiation skills to engage with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
- Bring expertise in Oracle technology or the manufacturing/distribution industry, with a preference for Fusion Cloud experience.
- Identify, monitor, and manage business and project risks to minimize disruption and ensure successful delivery.
Requirement Details:
The ideal candidate is an accomplished veteran with extensive experience managing large-scale, global Oracle ERP implementations in a consulting capacity. The candidate should have held management roles on at least five Oracle implementation projects or at least three R12 Upgrade projects. Additionally, they must have been the overall program manager for at least three full implementation cycles or two upgrades, with at least one full implementation cycle on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Mandatory Skill Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of Oracle ERP project management experience, with a proven track record of leading virtual teams.
- Required knowledge or experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience in an aggressive, fast-paced environment with demanding schedules.
- Experience in cut-over planning and knowledge of R12ERP and SaaS Cloud architecture.
- Hands-on experience in either Oracle SCM, Finance, or CRM domains.
- High energy, strong initiative, and the ability to motivate and lead at all levels of the company.
Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $110,000 to $142,000 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
