Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Working in the project management office of one of the largest international IT transformation projects
• Providing support and advice to project leaders regarding project management methods and tools
• Supporting the IT controlling processes of the project (budget, schedules, quality)
• Creating reports and decision papers, as well as maintaining project plans and scope lists
• Collaborating with international departments and external partners
• Assuming responsibility in task forces
• Further developing project management methods and tools

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree in business administration, information technology or engineering
• Several years of professional experience in international project management
• Very good understanding of MS Office applications as well as knowledge of SharePoint and Jira/Confluence
• Excellent command of numbers combined with an analytical mindset
• Flexibility, commitment and diplomatic skills
• Assertive and sociable team player with strong communication skills
• Very good English language skills

 

Desirable extras.

• German language skills are beneficial
• Initial experience in agile project methodology and corresponding qualifications (e.g. Scrum, SAFe etc.) are desirable
