Bring your passion of business, insights from data and expertise in analytics to make a difference.Note: this is an Individual Contributor PositionCore Responsibilities- Act as “CFO” and drive the financial agenda in the Operations area within operations finance that focuses on handling an aggressive investment agenda.
- Engage as an equal and active member of the construction team to drive, co-drive and co-own financial and non-financial business decisions.
- Drive the execution of the financial planning processes supporting LEGO Manufacturing Virginia construction team, but also for the specific areas you are directly responsible for.
- Besides being the Finance business partner for specific areas within construction team you will also support with various analysis and trade off dialogues during the construction program.
- Secure and support transparent financial information for the program leadership team.
- Support project owners and project managers in all steps from project idea to project closure.
- Benefit tracking of key strategic projects. Secure an end-to-end perspective and create transparency in key trade-offs.
- Collaborate with finance business partners across other functions and on all production sites.
- Prepare and develop long-term financial business plans including headcount planning, investment planning etc.
- Master degree or equivalent experience in finance relevant topic (e.g. Management accounting, Finance)
- Minimum 6 years of finance business experience within the finance area of a global company
- Construction projects experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- Project Management
- Strong collaboration skills in a global context
- Ability to lead up-, side-, and downwards
- Self drive
- Courage, curiosity & focus
- Limited travels (up to 10 days a year)
- Strong Excel skills required; SAP, PowerBI and Business Objects preferred

- The salary for this position has a range of <$120k- $1k a year> based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
