About this Role:

Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic Sex Coach (AASECT-Certified) based in the United States to support our members through virtual coaching services.

As a Maven provider, you will connect with members globally, helping expand access to high-quality, personalized sexual wellness support. You will join a curated provider network spanning 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, all dedicated to delivering holistic, high-value care. As we continue to grow across 175+ countries, we are building a best-in-class global network of providers.

If you are passionate about empowering individuals to build confidence, improve sexual wellbeing, and navigate challenges in intimate relationships, you would be a great addition to our team.

As a Maven Sex Coach, you will:

Provide virtual support to members via video consultations and asynchronous messaging on topics including:
- Confidence and empowerment in sex and intimacy
- Communication with sexual partners
- Identifying root causes of low sex drive (relationship dynamics, dating, sexual identity)
- Exploring sexual identity and navigating disclosure or coming out
- Counseling around sexual changes during menopause
Collaborate with Maven’s Care Advocate team to ensure member needs are met, including referrals and follow-ups
Document session summaries in Maven’s platform
Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s care model, delivering culturally sensitive, empathetic care

Who You Are:

Currently residing in the United States
Certified Sex Coach accredited by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT)
Strong communication, active listening, and goal-setting skills
No history of professional misconduct or ethical violations
Able to commit approximately 5 hours per week; this is a part-time, independent contractor role
Comfortable delivering coaching via a digital platform; prior virtual coaching experience preferred
Passionate about helping individuals grow, succeed, and improve sexual wellness and relationships
