Responsibilities

The essence of the role is to ensure the smooth operation, governance, and user adoption of Salesforce within a transforming business environment, while also owning and managing a critical internal approval workflow (ARROW). 

 

Salesforce Administration 

• Salesforce user rights management 

• MS RC Salesforce set up maintenance (relationship with the CRM IT team to manage changes from design to roll out) 

• Salesforce use documentation ownership 

• Salesforce user support and training 

 

Ownership of ARROW process: 

• MS RC representative in Group ARROW team 

• Sales training to ARROW (induction for new joiners and refresh for good practice) 

• Workflow process in Salesforce support 

• Weekly in-person ARROW session management (agenda preparation, meeting moderation, meeting minutes) 

• Process performance monitoring 

Qualifications

Profile 

• CRM Manager with a good knowledge of Salesforce use (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, cases, reports, users).  

• Experience in project coordination 

• Experience in user support 

• Experience in using AI 

 

Interpersonal skills 

• Business interest and acumen 

• Team spirit 

• Rigor 

 

Languages: 

• English B2 minimum
• Additional languages are a plus
