Field Services Project Manager

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Field Services Project Manager to join our team at our Somerville, MA office.  

The right candidate should possess strong organization and problem-solving skills in helping our best clients manage their field service projects safely and compliantly.

This position reports to the Senior Field Services Manager

Responsibilities: 

Sales Support:

  • Attend sales meetings to discuss TEI’s field service projects with customers and prospects
  • Scope projects with account managers and service managers as appropriate
  • Develop project plans including lab move, decontamination, closure, and disposal based on project parameters and service manager input
  • Facilitate the proposal process
  • Technical writer and support for field service projects
  • Support the invoicing process through invoice approvals

Operations:

  • Oversee field service projects
  • Track and communicate POs and schedules both internally and externally
  • Managing existing projects to ensure they stay on budget, on time, are executed safely, and compliantly
  • Hold meetings with clients with upcoming projects in order to adjust scope, budget, and schedule based on customers’ needs
  • Assist/manage internal department meetings
  • Be the lead communicator during the lead up, execution, and completion of each project
  • Organized multiple service groups for each project
  • Be the primary point of contact for the customer and TEI stakeholders for each project
  • Track project variances to support any change orders
  • Support the AM in the change order discussion as needed
  • Invoice review and approval
  • Assist TSR and Service Managers as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements: 

  • Three to five years’ experience overseeing environmental jobsites and projects
  • 40 Hour OSHA Certificate Preferred 
  • Bachelors degree is required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
  • A strong commitment to excellence and high attention to detail
  • Follow all departmental and company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a positive, composted and team oriented at all times
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship 
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation
