About the role

The primary function of the Regional Clinical Educator is to provide professional and technical clinical education and training to the Interdisciplinary team members for implementation of new projects, new orientation and on-going clinical education in a consistent manner.

·       Participate in clinical Implementations companywide such as Electronic Health Record

·       Provide Clinical documentation training

·       Conduct competency assessment

·       Quality improvement, data analysis and performance improvement

·       Participate Performance improvement

·       Participation and development of performance improvement projects

·       Data collection, reporting and analysis

·       Delivery of remote, onsite and field training

·       Other training needs as identified for region/program/company

Experience:

  • At least one-year Experience in clinical education and training
  • Knowledge related to principles of adult learning
  • Excellent communication skills

Education:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
  • Master of Science (MS) Education or related field preferred

 

Certification & Licensure:

RN
