Essential Functions:
Conduct Quality Control Inspections
Oversee and ensure Compliance Audits
Interact with client on the Client Satisfaction Feedback and any Validated Client Complaints
Maintain Inspection Reports from ABM’s SITE system
Provide client with Key Performance Indicators as per contractually agreed upon
Compile and present client with Quality Assurance reports and updates
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· GED or High school diploma required
· Associate degree or higher preferred
· Ability to interact with all levels of organizations
· Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills
· High energy level and enthusiastic
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Comfortable with having flexible hours
· Strong analytical and organizational skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet deadlines; self-directed
· Ability to handle confidential information
· Ability to handle multi-faceted jobs with completing normal duties
