As a Plant Manager you are responsible for:
Leading your team to deliver continuous improvement activities and exceptional quality standards through day-to-day operations
Ensuring your facility maintains and exemplifies Process Safety Management compliance in all areas through awareness, adherence, and implementation of best-practices
Oversee blend plant manufacturing activities and repackaging through effective management of staff personnel to obtain safe and efficient operations
Providing technical leadership to scope, plan, budget and monitor project activities to successfully deliver on-time results
Participate in the planning process for the annual capital improvements program for plants and support implementation of investment projects
Exceeding KPIs in all key business functions through internal and external customer satisfaction, effective communication, and delivery
Developing a successful and motivated team through collaboration and training to ensure your team reflects our core values
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management with 5+ years of relevant industry-equivalent experience
Show solid leadership experience gained in a supply chain or manufacturing environment
Generate ideas, plans, and projects to enhance the performance of the manufacturing units, e.g., process, rate, yields and quality improvement through lean manufacturing and six sigma concepts.
Show impressive knowledge and awareness of Supply Chain competencies
Have a deep understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Health, Safety and Environmental practices
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and teams
Have a natural ability to motivate and influence a team of engineers and technical experts
Display a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems and implementing solutions

The *pay scale for this position is $98,800 - $183,500 USD if employed in California
Pay scale for CA is effective January 1, 2023.
